Ryan co-manages E&M, oversees SLM machine shop, handles partner relations, and sells, focusing on O&G. Ryan grew up in the pipe yard, and in 2000 earned an Associate Degree from Remington College. After graduation, he spent time in the OK oilpatch inspecting drill pipe. Ryan enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and 5 kids.

Brandon Chesnut
President
Brandon co-manages E&M, sells, and oversees outside sales and business development, focusing on HDD. Brandon graduated from LSU in 1999 with a BS in Science and Technology. Afterwards he worked offshore in O&G completion services and in the Oklahoma oil patch inspecting drill pipe, before finally settling down at E&M. Brandon enjoys watching football, traveling, hiking, live music, and spending time with his wife and 2 kids.

Miles Credeur
Operations Manager
Miles oversees the pipe yard, inventory, product quality, and sells. He started working in the machine shop at SLM right after high school in 2006, while also attending SLCC for his Associate Degree. Later he moved into the pipe yard at E&M and has continued to work his way up. Miles enjoys fishing, MMA, traveling, and spending time with family- especially his daughter and fiancé.

Marlo Lecamus
Office Manager
Marlo manages the office including reception, A/P, A/R, Shipping and Receiving, and payroll. She has been with E&M since 1991 and was the first official employee. She is probably the kindest, sweetest, and most helpful office manager in the whole world. Marlo enjoys travel baseball and softball with her kids and husband, and spending time with her extended family and friends.
